Eight seats, copper task lamps, and a projected candle strip. This is where narration habits form under coach pressure.
What a lab hour feels like
Participants stand or sit in a shallow arc. Marcus or a visiting coach advances one candle at a time. Each person narrates open, body, wick, and location before the next print appears. Corrections are immediate and public—by design.
We keep instruments familiar: Hang Seng hourlies, a major FX pair, and one equity the cohort chooses. The point is shared vocabulary, not novelty.
Weekly rhythm
- Tuesday 19:30–21:30 HKT · Core lab cohort
- Thursday 19:30–21:30 HKT · Advanced wick & location focus
- Saturday 11:00–13:00 HKT · Open practice (mentorship alumni priority)
Standing room opens only when a booked seat cancels within twenty-four hours. Materials stay on paper unless a remote desk is pre-arranged.
Who thrives here
Readers who already know basic candle names but freeze when asked to speak a live sequence. The lab is repetition, not lecture.
