Refund & cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid lesson fees for Private Candlestick Mentorship, Price-Action Practice Lab seats, Weekly Chart Clinic visits, and Pattern Immersion Weekend registrations when the conditions below are met.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests must arrive by email to info@lucid-helixfield.click at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session start for labs and clinics, and at least seven days before a Pattern Immersion Weekend. Mentorship arcs may be cancelled before the second session for a partial refund as described below.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: Clinic or lab seats cancelled with at least forty-eight hours’ notice; weekend seats cancelled with at least seven days’ notice before the Saturday start.
• Partial refund (fifty percent of remaining prepaid sessions): Mentorship cancelled after the first session but before the second session begins.
• No refund: Cancellations inside the notice windows, no-shows, or mentorship cancellations after the second session has started.

Non-refundable items

Printed pattern atlases already issued for a weekend, private chart notes prepared specifically for your mentorship after intake, and administrative card processing fees on completed refunds are non-refundable.

Deposits

Pattern Immersion Weekend requires a thirty percent deposit to hold a seat. The deposit is credited toward the balance. It is refundable only when the seven-day weekend notice rule is met or when we cancel the weekend.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed per lab or clinic booking if requested outside the forty-eight-hour window. Mentorship sessions may be moved once per arc with seventy-two hours’ notice, subject to instructor availability.

No-shows

Failure to attend without timely cancellation forfeits that session’s fee. Mentorship no-shows still count toward the six-session arc unless we agree in writing to replace the hour.

Work already started

Once a mentorship session or lab hour has begun, that portion of the fee is earned. Remaining prepaid hours follow the partial-refund rules above.

Purchased materials

Physical atlases and handouts distributed in class are yours to keep and are not returnable for cash credit.

Refund process & method

Email info@lucid-helixfield.click with your booking reference, lesson name, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days. Bank processing times may add several days.

Academy cancellations

If we cancel a lesson, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra charge.
