Services described

Pages describe educational lessons in candlestick interpretation and price-action practice. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, brokerage services, or a solicitation to trade any instrument.

Intellectual property

Curriculum notes, pattern atlases, site text, and visual materials remain the property of Lucid Helix Academy Limited unless otherwise stated. You may keep personal notes from sessions you attend. You may not reproduce workshop materials for public distribution without written consent.

Accounts and conduct

Studio visitors must follow instructor directions regarding recording. Audio or video capture of other participants requires prior written approval.

Liability

Chart reading involves judgment under uncertainty. Lucid Helix Academy Limited is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or decisions you make after attending lessons. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability related to site use is limited to fees you paid us in the three months preceding a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or lesson contracts, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
