How Lucid Helix Academy Limited collects, stores, and respects personal information related to lesson enquiries and enrolments.

Information we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional preferred date, selected lesson, and message content. When you enrol we may also collect billing details required for invoicing and attendance records.
Purpose
We use this information to answer enquiries, schedule lessons, issue invoices, maintain studio safety records, and improve lesson logistics. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for seven years to meet Hong Kong accounting obligations. Attendance notes are kept for three years unless you request earlier deletion where legally permitted.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, and—where applicable—erasure or restriction of processing. Send requests to info@lucid-helixfield.click. We respond within a reasonable period consistent with Hong Kong privacy practice.
International transfers
Primary records stay in Hong Kong. If a remote instructor or email provider processes data outside Hong Kong, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit access to what the lesson requires.
